Headshot Maker Privacy Policy
Headshot Maker is developed by Makson Lee. This Privacy Policy explains how Headshot Maker handles user data.
1. Data processing
Headshot Maker processes photos selected by the user in order to generate previews, export JPG files, and create print sheet layouts.
2. Local processing
All photo processing is performed locally on the user’s device. Photos are not uploaded to the developer’s servers or to cloud storage by Headshot Maker.
3. Data collection
Headshot Maker does not require user accounts and does not collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, or payment information.
Headshot Maker does not collect or transmit user photos to the developer.
4. Device access
Headshot Maker may access the following on the user’s device:
- Photos selected by the user, so the app can edit them
- Media storage, so the app can save exported images on the device
These accesses are used only to provide the app’s core functionality.
5. Data sharing
Headshot Maker does not sell, rent, or share user photos or personal data with third parties.
The app uses Google Play services and on-device ML Kit functionality for certain image processing features. Model delivery may be managed by Google Play services on the device, but Headshot Maker does not upload user photos to developer-controlled servers.
6. Data retention and deletion
Because photo processing is performed locally, Headshot Maker does not retain copies of user photos on developer-controlled servers.
Exported images are saved only to the user’s device storage. Users can delete exported images at any time from their device.
7. Security
Headshot Maker is designed so that photo processing occurs on-device and user photos are not sent to the developer. This reduces exposure of user images through remote storage or cloud transfer.
8. Children
Headshot Maker is a general-audience app and is not specifically directed to children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be made available at the published policy URL.
